Mercury Baypark is the perfect destination venue for all conferences & meetings.

On offer are a range of facilities, from smaller meeting rooms suitable for 12 people, to larger auditoriums, suitable for conferences and exhibitions of up to 4,400 people.

Our arena suites provide four inter-connectable rooms with wide circulation areas offering a variety of combinations to suit varying needs. Each suite is configured with a screen, projector, high speed internet access and sound system.

The Mercury Arena is split in to the TECT Auditorium and the Lion Foundation Centre. Each space can be configured in classroom or theatre style layouts for large conferences & meetings and will accommodate trade displays and catering together.

Additional conference and meeting venues include the Mercury Stadium Lounge, a self-contained venue situated within the Mercury Stadium. This venue can comfortably accommodate 450 people for dinner, or 1000 for performances.

A full complement of Audio Visual Services is available with Bay Audio Visual. On-site food and beverage catering services are provided by Bay Catering.
